What used to be my favourite and esteemed pharmacy for diligent, smart, and compassionate care has plummeted to a bitterly disappointing (and therefore all the more overpriced) establishment. Switched to this pharmacy, i wanted to stay local and they seemed hungry for new clients. They were a problem from day one. When i called for my 30 day supply of meds, i was told they didnt have three of them and i should have called earlier. I told her id given them the order 10 days ago and these are not meds i can just skip for a few days So she came up with another reason it was my fault they didnt have the stock. We’ve been with this pharmacy for over 5 years now so I think I have a pretty good overview of the service here. Considering my husband and I have combined medication cost of hundreds of dollars a year, I would assume hopefully just that alone would have made us valuable customers. But I was wrong.
