Switched to this pharmacy, i wanted to stay local and they seemed hungry for new clients. They were a problem from day one. When i called for my 30 day supply of meds, i was told they didnt have three of them and i should have called earlier. I told her id given them the order 10 days ago and these are not meds i can just skip for a few days So she came up with another reason it was my fault they didnt have the stock. We’ve been with this pharmacy for over 5 years now so I think I have a pretty good overview of the service here. Considering my husband and I have combined medication cost of hundreds of dollars a year, I would assume hopefully just that alone would have made us valuable customers. But I was wrong. I have been delivered the wrong quantity of medication, I have been lied to as to when pick up times are (first time I just put it down to me not listening properly or maybe I was distracted) but it’s happened multiple times now. ... read more

There is no point of giving appointments if you are treating patient as a walk in. I have been given appointment saying that there is a walk-in for Dr Gupta in the morning and appointments in the noon. I said ok lets go with the appointment and today when I arrived on appointment date she was probably not able to find the appointment but asked me to sit down and when I enquired about waiting after 30-35 minutes she is saying it will take more 30 minutes atleast. I don’t know what happened to this guys—maybe a new manager or owner—but they’ve become unbelievably ignorant.I left them few weeks ago do to autorefill issue, same like guyshad in comments beliw and today, I heard a third story from my friends about their terrible service.let me know when manager will change,once she gone I will come back.
