First time I went there for an oil change, and I was genuinely surprised. Their customer service was excellent. They informed me that my vehicle had a recall service due, so they kept my car for a couple of days, but they provided a rental car right away. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service.
DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS PLACE! PEOPLE HERE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SCAMMER! I bought an infinity qx60 back in March, Aran was my sale rep! 1 week later I got my suv I hear a noise when I move or turn my wheels so I contacted Aran and make an appointment, the earliest appointment he can schedule me is 1 month later which I think is ridiculous. Anyway went I brought the car in and they take a look at it Karen told me from service department that it was the strut that is making that noise. I mentioned to her that I just ... read more

Just recently purchased a new Aviator here. Our salesman, Giancarlo, was courteous, friendly and handled everything like a true professional should. He was certainly working in our best interest. He even came in his day off to work with us. Would highly recommend him and Northway Lincoln
