James Block was awesome! Saved a friend of mine a lot of money. Farms should be blessed to have him as an agent! I found out that some people were paying 10k extra for insurance. He saved them!
Great premium was quoted but after a number of emails and calls (where I got to deal with an automated system and then had to leave voicemails), days later, I am still having trouble getting to talk to someone/getting an acknowledgment of my emails. Unacceptable.

this company purchased plum-harris insurance...the customer service provide is inferior...on 12-27 i sent a email message...patriot insurance responded...no record of the email...today i spent over an hr. on the phone trying to address a simple bumper parking lot issue...i was speaking to a company called sedgwicf...at no time was i speaking to superior or fmic...i was informed i could not speak to staci or paul
