Two and a half hours waiting and still waiting for four tires to be installed on my truck. Service is blaming whoever books the appointments. Will be taking the 73 thousand dollar new vehicle we bought here two weeks ago elsewhere for service as well as my truck. Tired of being served crap by business who think we are here to serve them and not the other way around. Just went looking at vehicles with my dad. Three sales people literally walked right by us . We will look for a newer vehicle else where.
I recently purchased a new 2026 Ford Mustang Mach E and the experience was great. Joe and Ashley made everything extremely smooth and hassle free.
