2022 Ford F150 tried to have warrenty work done as wipers have stopped working. I was told nothing is wrong with them. They stopped working again on the way home from dealership. I also had signal light replaced. Now all lights on left side are not working and is full of water. I was told I would get a credit for the bulb replacement as I refused to bring the truck back. The service manager Steve has not done the credit and I have left a few messages for him with no call back.
I confirmed my target price in advance and clearly told the dealer I lived far away and would only travel if the deal was real. I was explicitly told not to worry, that the deal would be honored, and that I should come in person. After over 2 hours of travel with my entire family, we arrived to find that the promised deal did not exist. Instead, the dealer presented a price approximately $5,000 higher than what was discussed. Ask for McKenzie! Highly recommend! Admittedly he was new, but didn’t have the sometimes typical arrogant greasy salesperson demeanour. What he wasn’t an expert in he promised to find the answer, and he did exactly that. He facilitated an easy sales process. Didn’t treat us like his next pay check, but his next business friend.
