Incredible rude employees. I had to leave state due to work followed all rules cleaned my apartment out fully and properly payed all fees of early lease break agreement. Everytime my girlfriend called to see if our place had been retested we were met with rude “ oh god no your not our priority at all” keep in mind we’re were told there was a five month waiting list. My son rents an apartment here and they are so nice and cozy. I might want to live in one of these apartments when we sell our house someday. The proximity to the Northway (I87) is perfect. All kinds of necessary stores and businesses are within walking or biking distance for many people. The area is welcoming for that as well. You'll see many people out for a stroll on the neighborhood streets and sidewalks in the business area. Just what a young adult couple or roommates need.
Seems like there's a vetting process that now looks like discrimination in my eyes. Was told I'd be getting information about denial for an apartment but 6 weeks go by and nothing in the mail. The lady at the desk refuses to advise me of the claim on why I'd be denied. I personally make 4 times the rent for a townhome and my gf of 5 plus years income is a bonus for us but truly not required. Haven't missed a credit payment in over 15 years either. I've been here three years. Love it. My own garage, laundry, dishwasher, my own flower garden. Better then owning. Maintenance is courteous and prompt enen in the middle of the night if needed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is it a little older. They did a new roof last year. It could use some new windows or insulation.
