I'd leave a zero if allowed. Our Vet referred us here for our 10 year old cat, Roscoe as they were in surgery all day on Friday Jan 27th, 2023. We got to this hosp and 2 technician came out to tell us they couldn't see our cat as "The Vet had to leave as her shift was ending in 20 min". Now take in mind their hours on Friday are 8 A.M-8 P.M and animal care is supposed to be an oath and priority or so I thought and our poor baby couldn't breathe and was dying.
