Very poor communication and then when they finally want to get Around to showing there residences how to pay within 30 days the want to charge you late fees. We loved this neighborhood till they show you its all bout money and do accept they dropped the ball and had ZERO COMMUNICATION for 3 years while we tried to communicate and find out where to send it. Do not deserve 1 star.
