I have been bringing my dog Ginger here for many years and she has been cared for and looked after very well. Even though we no longer live in Northville, I bring her here because I know the doctor and staff will help her with whatever she needs.
We've been bringing Tommy since we got him as a puppy, and he's always been treated very well.
We visited in January 2025 for end of life services for our dog, Molly. We requested group cremation and a paw print. I confirmed with four different staff member that we would receive a paw print. It was never done. This was the last connection we would have had with Molly and it’s gone. This can’t be fixed. We barely got a sorry from the vet, and even though I attempted to charge back the costs it was denied. I brought my new puppy here recently and had an overall negative experience. The doctor prescribed 3 meds without any samples and left before I could have them explained to me. The desk clerk then got annoyed/rude when I asked what they did and for an item breakdown before paying. Thankfully I did, because she was planning on charging me double the price of a sample that I didn't even have done that day. I appreciate that we were able to get an appointment so quickly, and that our actual appointment started on time and was quick. The vet was collaborative, patient with answering all my questions, and didn't order unnecessary tests.
