The kids around here are awful, they leave trash wherever they feel like it, bikes, scooters, you name it it’s out either in a random yard or the road. No parental supervision over the kids either. Almost none of the kids have respect or manners for other’s property.
The assistant for the north topeka area does a awesome job and always does what she says she will do
