I went here 3 times, one chinese doctor, he was very rude even it was very hard to understand what he said and asked me to give the answer only in yes or no. He came just for 2 minute and rushed. I tried to explain my problem, then he behaved rudely and didn’t not let me explain my health problem. Very bad experience, they just want to make money and charged me $80 just for writing prescription. Just ripping us off.
Absolutely crap!! If i could give it zero stars i'd do that. I won't recommend this clinic to anybody. The staff is very rude, no customer service skills and they are not willing to help or assisst anybody. Any other clinic would be better than this!!
worst clinic i have ever visited, paid $200 and first they didn't even fill my medical form properly. After a few days and when i asked them to send me a copy of my form, they refused to send it and asked me to pay again or get it done from some where else and i don't have any record because they only accept cash, which i don't know why but i will complain about it.
The receptionists are great and efficient at their jobs, treat patients so kindly. The doctors are also amazing, very kind and thorough, I never feel rushed here.
I wanted to make a family doctor and visited this clinic for the first time and I choose Dr. Myat as my family doctor, he is very professional and doing his job very well. Along with this the receptionist Bani is super friendly and kind.
