My disabled mother has been without Air conditioning for a week! The rental office staff came yesterday or the day before to drop off a window unit. It was left up to my disabled mother to install the unit. I had to call family members who are 30 - 40 minutes away to install the unit. They got there an was unable to install, because it is the wrong type of unit. Her blood pressure which has been controlled by medication is 152/102!! From what I have seen from channel 7 video of mold tenants with water leaks in apartments in the reviews I read no working cameras . just a total disregard for upkeep and maintaining the property (without running water for 4 days 70 units.Your property your reputation is in the publics eyes.bought tenants bottle water and soup from Ann's kitchen)I suggest $100 dollar gift cards for every tenant . Would the actual owners go with out water for 4 days and deal with all these issues and pay the rent that the tenants are paying.D... read more
