From what I have seen from channel 7 video of mold tenants with water leaks in apartments in the reviews I read no working cameras . just a total disregard for upkeep and maintaining the property (without running water for 4 days 70 units.Your property your reputation is in the publics eyes.bought tenants bottle water and soup from Ann's kitchen)I suggest $100 dollar gift cards for every tenant . Would the actual owners go with out water for 4 days and deal with all these issues and pay the rent that the tenants are paying.D... read more

This place only needs some hard extra work and it will be getting better little by little, it's a lot of good people here and believe it or not Loren Murphy (manager)she always try to help. I was a maintenance person there and I wanted to be it again, and I promise I will do my best to fix and help everyone ho need help to make this place work properly and better, talk to managers and ask for me to come back again. Long life to north view!
