I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rare to come across excellent customer service these days but this location has provided me with such effortless kind support while I navigate a new contact lens brand. Even as I hesitated to just choose one and stop wasting time I was met with patience and encouragement. 10 stars.

I recently had an eye exam and needed new lenses asap as I was leaving the province in couple of days. I was referred here since they do same day service, but due to my script the lenses would need to be ordered. The lenses were ordered right away and I was given an estimated completion time that still allowed for pick up before my flight. To my surprise my glasses were ready a day early! One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The staff are very experienced, I always get great service, the eye exams are very extensive and professional, I would highly recommend for anyone wanting glasses or contact lenses.
