Staff were professional, accommodating and congenial. Dr. Eernisse was thorough in his eye exam, explaining as he went and offering to answer any questions. Very calm, reassuring and personable while relating to me as an individual, not just another patient. Everyone in the office with whom I interacted was unfailingly warm and kind.
Everyone from the receptionist to the intake lady to Dr. Josh.were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I was referred to another Doctor to deal with the eye issue I am experiencing. The referral was confirmed the day after my very thorough eye examination at Northview Eye Associates. I will highly recommend Northview Eye Associates for your eye care team.
