Great customer service
Very thorough eye exam. Very friendly, and professional.
I went in for a scheduled appt. for new glasses following cataract surgery but I was a very unhappy camper as I was suffering from several issues connected to the surgery that had never been explained. Although it was not his problem, Dr. Schipper took his time to explain all of the issues, and offer a suggestion to help alleviate them. He was kind, caring and understanding and I appreciate all that he did.
I have been going to Northview Eye Clinic for more than 12 years! This last visit was great, as always!
