Incredible Service – Albert is the Best! If you need any watch work done, Albert and the team at Northvale Jewelry Exchange are hands-down the best in the business! I won't take my watches anywhere else. Albert takes incredible, extra care with your timepieces, treating them as if they were his own. His attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. I highly recommend going to him every single time—you won't be disappointed!
In and out service, replaced my watch battery in minutes. If the door is locked you can call the phone number and they will assist you.

If you’re looking for that special piece of jewelry, this is the place to go. I read the previous review and that just cannot be Gail’s jewelry store. I’ve been going to the Jewelry Exchange for many years. I just recently had a diamond necklace designed by Gail. She was very knowledgeable about diamonds and worked within my price range.
