1.) my car left this shop in worse shape. I had error messages on the way home about a tire sensor. (I understand that sometimes that could happen and it usually corrects itself but it didn’t this time. Now I have to go to another shop) 2.) I suddenly have all these issues with my infotainment centre flickering on and off that I never had before 3.)They go through your compartments. Our sincere gratitude to the guys at Northumberland Tirecraft. We had a very last minute and unexpected break down (aren’t they always) on our way to PEC with a 30’ travel trailer attached and over an hour from home. We had CAA tow to this service centre and they were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They made room for us and had us back on the road by closing time with a smile! We are so grateful for their service and over and above attitude. Highly recommend
