I will never go back and haven been using them for years. My daughter has a UTI and the prescription was sent in at 11:30. She is 1 and half years old and a UTI can do some serious damage. I called at 4:30 and it wasnt ready. She apologized and said they didn't have time to fill it. Which I think is complete bull as they aren't that busy of a pharmacy. Had a great experience with the pharmacist today. Got a flu shot. she listened to my concerns and gave me current info on the shot.

I will never return again! I don’t recommend this pharmacy. My child prescription was sent over that morning at 10am. I arrived at 4pm and it still wasn’t ready. I made the comment that it wasn’t ready to my mom. Both the pharmacist and short cashier lady caught an attitude and acted very rude. So I got rude back and told them I would have my stuff transferred. If I was you I wouldn’t even get my dogs prescription filled at Northumberland pharmacy.

Pharmacist was incredibly rude--it was clear that she was venting her frustrations with an insurance provider by snapping at customers. The store clerk, by contrast, was very helpful and apologetic about the pharmacist's attitude. Won't be returning.
