Updated review - Went back when I needed a second vehicle because the first time was a great experience. This time, not so much. Problems with the car from the day I got it. Finally was able to make arrangements to drive it there to have them take it to their mechanic. Made arrangements to go back a couple of days later to pick it up, and it wasn't fixed. Still tried to keep in contact to make arrangements to get it back, and kept being told he was just waiting to hear when the mechanic wasn't busy. Last time I heard anythin... read more

One of the few dealers who isn't going to lie straight to your face. Gave me loads of info on the old fleet van I was looking at unprompted and let me inspect it to my heart's desire in the yard. Note: he sells everything as is, and I completely understand why. I was in need of new buggy and Northumberland absolutely delivered. They sourced an option that was PERFECT for me. Mike and Chris were kind enough to pick me up at for a test drive at work and it was very easy to make a decision … zero pressure and total transparency. The car was delivered to my driveway, certified, detailed beautifully and paperwork signed between meetings. It was literally the old school door-to-door service you don’t find these days. Out with the old, in with the new (to me) buggy. Happy girl me!
