He is up front about what is and is not possible, he does good work, stands behind his work, shows up when he says he will, and honours his quotes. What more can we ask for?
Recently called this company as was having issues with ductless unit they installed and wanted them to come and service it. Talked to Owner Jeremy who said that he "remembered me as that was the first unit they had installed" (which I didn't know) and that "even though they have installed 100 since, they don't know how to service them". He then said that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come and service the unit since we hadn't bought it from a company like his (bought the unit directly from supplier). They installed in floor heating and boiler in my new build. I’m happy with the quality of the work. I’ve called them back for duct work. They always fit me into their busy schedule. They are knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely call them again for any HVAC work.
The Northumberland HVAC Designs team were excellent HVAC contractors for the new build of our home. Their expertise is unmatched. The work was of high quality, completed on-time and on-budget. In addition, their communication to us as clients was frequent and informative. We have since used them again for 2 additional projects at our home ... and would use them again without hesitation.
