Rang reception today ,on my mum's behalf and spoke to two members of staff who were helpful ,supportive and very efficient. They dealt with my enquiries promptly and as front of house staff Cara and Sally are a credit to the surgery . Thank you .

This surgery is on another level compared to Sandwell GPs , I visited doctor khan today and the service was 10/10 . This surgery is outstanding, I also visit the anticoagulants lady who is also outstanding 10/10 Regards Andrew Rutledge
All doctors here are very good, however, today (22/5/2025) I was left overly impressed with Dr Tong. Very professional, knowledgable and well mannered. Dr Tong listened to my issue and explained everything to me to why my issue may be occurring. Very lovely experience today, thank you.
We're really lucky to have a good surgery. Appointments when you need them, good Clinicians and lovely and helpful Receptionists/Admin staff.
