Je remercie sincèrement le personnel de l'urgence de l'hôpital d'avoir pris en main mon conjoint le matin du 21aout 2024., Nous étions au Campgroundest a Cobourg. Merci aussi aux ambulancier qui ont été très gentil entre autre un qui a penser a mettre son traducteur sur son CEL pour me traduire en français. Et un pompier qui a été voir la propriétaire du camping Linda thornill pour réserver pour la nuit. Nous ne pouvions pas revenir au Québec cette journée là. 7 hr waiting for a doctor! Unacceptable!
I went to the Emergency department on Saturday evening at 9:00 pm with a badly burnt hand. All the staff - the triage nurse, registration person, nurses and Dr. in the unit - were friendly, helpful and professional. My visit was 4 hours start to finish.
