Horrible service at the reception, it seems it is the receptionists' duty to be stone walls and not listen to any plea. Impossible to get an appointment with the doctor, nobody responds on their 8 o'clock telephone calls.
Always great service from the receptionists! I appreciate there must be times when customers are being difficult and therefore makes their job harder than it should be. I wish this wasn’t the case and that everyone could treat everyone at the medical centre as they should be treated, with kindness and respect. Keep up the good work!
A most exhalent surgery , kind and helpful staff ,doctors and nurses .Fast test results and easy to book an appointment .

And prove I was 15 mins late, I was 5 mins late because you receptionists were on your 5min coffee break after doing 5 hours of hard work sitting down in front of a screen, talking and chatting about rubbish while the queue was getting long. This medical centre is a disgrace and you don’t deserve my taxes.
I have been a patient at this surgery from the day it came into existence at Hind Crescent. And I have had the best of treatment from all members of Doctors and staff. Thank you all for your care and attention.
