Dr. Gambacorta repaired my rotator cuff and did extensive "clean out" of my rt.shoulder, which was extremely dysfunctional and painful from years of sports and repetitive motion. At over 60, my expectations were low. I used an ice machine post op. to control swelling, no pills, and pain was manageable. Followed his advise on PT 2-3 times per week for 6 months, never missed, so I was able to fully return to everything, including sports by about 9 months post op.
