I started here in the beginning of September 2024, and I came in with A LOT of medical needs. Northtown has gone above and beyond with addressing all of my concerns and have done so with the friendliest attitudes I've ever encountered at any type of medical office. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Stehlik and PA, Pat W for over 20 years. We have received the most excellent PCP care. We keep going because they always answer our call, get us in quickly, address our issues and follow up. I'm in health insurance and see many complaints about PCP offices. But that's not this office. They are amazing. I highly recommend their office.

Beware. Do not be seen by there PA (physicians assistant) or nurses. Make sure you schedule to see a doctor. They have a standard 4-5 day prescription wait which is absurd. The PA's are unsure of anything that you got going on that has any seriousness. After seeing you and coming up with a plan and prescriptions, they will come back a couple days later and state that the doctor suggest you go to the ER for a non-emergency issue to cover for the fact that he didn't see you in the first place.
