It was nice until they cut down all of my trees claiming they were dead when they still were perfectly healthy and sturdy, now there are racoons digging in my roof and causing mold from leaks and costing me roof repairs and there are squirrels under my house making noise at night and causing more property damage. i should not have to play this high of lot rent for them to be doing things like that with no warning, or even considering the consequences.
Cats running around everywhere. Residents store junk on their lots,, and those same people don't cut their grass and don't keep their places up. That's about 30% of the residents. New management is doing a better job enforcing rules.
In two years raised monthly lot rent twice.
