Gone very down hill! Snow plows plow your driveway in yet their personal driveways are cleared! They won’t return phone calls, rules are different for each person, gym is not cleaned, pool rules for kids are not followed so you’re swimming in someone’s child’s diaper droppings! They raise lot rent with the excuse of upgrading a volleyball court that no one uses and the patch jobs on potholes don’t last a full season! It won’t let you post pictures or I’d show how nice and clear their driveways were this morning, while everyo... read more

Pat, I am very disappointed that you feel this way about Northtowne Meadows, we go out of our way to accommodate our residents, 1st as to the snow plowing, we plow no differently than the City, County & State Snow plows do. There is no way to go down the roads and not put snow in front of residents drive ways. If you have a better idea please by all means let us know.2nd. my employees are on call 24/7 so yes my maintenance man who drives a company vehicle has permission to plow out his own driveway so he can get out at a min... read more

I love it here. My Mom and Dad used to live in here.l was renting for almost 3 years and this year they helped me buy a double wide which I love. Stephanie, Mary Lou and Ruth have all been so nice over the years. They try to do everything for the community. They have parties for kids and adults. They have a free breakfast every month and you can play bingo if you wanted to. The people here are so nice that work here and will work with you to help you any way they can.
