Olivia and Peter were awesome. Took good care of my car and were very helpful. Overall I no longer will hesitate to bring it elsewhere because of this experience.
I’ve had nothing but issues and disrespect from this dealership. I went to get my car looked at because of engine noises and a low oil light. They said that there was some oil leaking because bolts needed to be replaced. Told me they needed to order the parts and would let me know when the parts came in. When I asked for a rental so I could have transportation to get to work they said I was out of luck because they didn’t have any. Nicholas at VW Service took great care when inspecting and handling anything needing repair on my wife’s VW Taos. He really went the extra mile and made sure that everything was right before she left the lot!
Oil changes is a little to pricey for me but overall good environment nice ppl an they also get you home an back pretty fast thanks volkwagon ill be back!
