It’s not a walk-in clinic. I hate to give bad reviews but I’m still feeling frustrated. I understand that doctor think their time is precious but you shouldn’t show disrespect to patients who’s already unwell and fatigue. I see there’s other similar reviews below, so I guess she won’t change. I’m writing this to warn people, don’t think “it’s just three mins from my house, I will just go and check if they are available”. They won’t talk to you nicely.
North Town Clinic is nice, clean, and quiet. Dr. Ng is exceptionally attentive and professional. I confidently give her 5 stars.
Dr Cindy Ng is very knowledgeable and has excellent referrals. Solved sinus problems that was persistent for over 10 years. Amazing problem solving skills
