It's a cute decent size mall. The local shop owners are very nice. Shops well kept. They are also keep expending too this day.
The Northtown Mall is certainly a great place to shop for basics. It offers Penny’s, Macy’s and Kohls as anchors and a good assortment of other retailers. It is spacious, clean, offers free WIFI and clean washrooms. That said, it appears overbuilt with areas awaiting stores or dining opportunities. This “extra blank space” is rather off-putting; it creates a sense the viability of the facility may be in doubt. That is simply my opinion, but the facility does not appear vibrant nor prosperous.
