My experience dealing with Cara at Northtown Lexus was excellent! She was very informative, friendly and customer oriented.Cara had a very positive attitude and was eager to help me. She even installed the front license plate bracket on my 2018 Lexus RX 450H! She earned a 5 star customer service review!!!
