I hired Northtown Construction Inc. to do some work for me earlier this year. They did not do what they said they were going to do, whether it was verbal or written. When they actually did some work, it was shoddy at best. They have not returned emails or phone calls and they have not returned to fix or complete their work. They did not clean up after themselves and they had no respect for my property. I would not refer them to anyone based on the work they did for me. Caveat emptor.
Great Experience! I had these guys come out and give us a price on doing our roof. There price wasn't the lowest but it was a lot more reasonable than our first estimate. We were really impressed with how fast and how clean they were. They explained everything really well and even left us with some extra shingles in case we ever needed them. They mentioned we were low on our insulation so we will probably have them come out and do that after taxes.
