Pros: Verbal communication skills and teaching about auto mechanics. Cons: Inconsistent pricing options. I was going to be charged 3x to rebuild an A/C assembly in a Honda Civic compared with my previous auto clinic repair, only to find out cheaper options were available from North Town Auto. Was charged $100 for an 'inspection' when all that was needed was a taillight bulb replacement. Would not recommend this place to women.

I'm very happy with the service I've received here. The staff is friendly and communicative, and willing to explain the details of parts and services when I had questions. Good music in the waiting area too. This is my go-to spot.

Had NTA mount tires on brand new aftermarket wheels. The tech scratched two of the wheels. Then the owner told me it was my fault for ordering wheels online and taking them to a shop to be mounted.

Very disappointed with the customer service. This was my first time trying to get my car serviced here, and when I called with some questions, the person on the phone was unhelpful and came off as if he couldn’t care less.
