Very disappointed with the customer service. This was my first time trying to get my car serviced here, and when I called with some questions, the person on the phone was unhelpful and came off as if he couldn’t care less.
2-18-25 it snowed and I was making a turn and my car slid across two lanes and I hit the curb on the median. I called and Buddy told me to bring right in. They were able to get my car fixed and back on the road the same day! I am so grateful for their help.
I'd recommend anyone in the Northland to use this mechanic. They have been and will be our go to for years!
Had an overall good experience. The staff was thorough for state inspections and gives you an idea of what upcoming maintenance to prioritize. Only took off one star due to a spelling mistake on the inspection form that contributed to some renewal slowdown, but spelling errors happen to all of us and I would bring my car back here for inspection. They are polite and have a good key drop system.
