I HAD MY OIL CHANGED AT MEINEKE AND i HAD A SLIGHT SHIMMY IN THE FRONT END AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. SO MEINEKE SAYS I NEED UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS AS WELL AS UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS. I THOUGHT THE TECHNICIANS MIGHT NOT BE UP TO THE JOB SINCE I USUALY JUST GET MY OIL CHANGED THERE. SO I HAD NORTHTEK LOOK AT IT AND THEY SAID I NEEDED BRAKES. I has written a bad review after having been going to Northtek for years. Hoping it can be deleted but need to def update. Blaise (owner) has gone above and beyond to take care of the problem. I am very satisfied and relieved as I would much rather stay with him!!! Def 5 stars. Thank you Blaise!
I came in to this facility today and asked how much it will cost to change a fuse. The owner kind of chuckled and said I don’t know no one has ever asked me that before but basically told me he wouldn’t charge me anything because it takes five minutes to do. The guy who was working on my car was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing.
