The only reason for one star is that I am unable to leave zero stars. This started out as a normal enough interaction when temperatures got very cold and a chip in my windshield became a large crack. I submitted a claim to my insurance company and was given this shop as a local option to do a mobile replacement. If you want your window installation done correctly, DO NOT GO HERE! Rick was quick to show up and take my money, but did a bad job and refused to fix it, even when I offered to drive it back to his location for the fix (He is mobile). It has a clear gap over the drivers' area and makes a buzzing sound at freeway speeds. It has been over six months now and I have to go to another glass shop and pay a second time to get this done right... Look for another review here soon!
I've called several times, I always leave a detailed message. I've never, to date ever, gotten a call back. I'm not sure he's still in business
