Recommendedexcellent doctors. Everyone is really friendly.
The doctors were great but the billing staff, Allison and Melissa in particular, are horrible. I made payment arrangements and a month later was told they could only accept payment in full. They returned my $100 payment to me on a bill that was less than $300. When I called to discuss, Melissa was very rude. Refuses to say anything accept payment in full. She hung up on me. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a doctor's office.
This is the most efficiently run practice I have ever encountered. The staff is extremely cordial even during very busy times. The doctor always makes me feel like I am his only patient. When I was in the hospital I saw him regularly. I feel very lucky to have been referred to them. Their medical expertise is unsurpassed. The business end of their practice runs so smoothly and I have never had an issue with any bill in the 28 years I have been seeing them.
A very nice and competent staff. Facilities are very clean
Great office staff & Dr. Fletscher was very informative breaking everything down into terms I could understand.
