Buyer beware. They can't finish a job. No manpower. Will drag you out for months..
I would give less stars if possible. They procrastinate, do not follow through and have a list of excuses longer than the Great Wall of China. They make agreements and break them, it amounts to breech of verbal contract or theft. Either way, they have never delivered what they agreed to deliver, they string you along until you ultimately give up.
