Bought a new bike from Northstar recently. Staff are not pushy like a lot of other stores, so it has a nice chilled feel. I Got what I wanted and for a good price. My only slight issue was that the parts/service team were going to call me with a price for a Rad guard and never did, so I sourced it elsewhere.
Got a set of tires fitted here and when I picked up my motorcycle, I noticed the rear wheel was misaligned very bad and was facing right. if I didn’t notice this, it could have been deadly, this isn’t just people’s money or vehicles you’re playing with, it’s playing with their lives. (wheel was straight when I dropped it off)
UPDATE : JUST HAD MY YAMAHA 2026 GP19HO WAVERUNNER DELIVERED !! FROM TIM AT “ CUSTOMJETSKIS” AT VIRGINIA …. AT LEAST HE WANTED MY CURRENT AND FUTURE BUSINESS! (Some business owners can’t see the big picture.) You tell me how you would feel…. You agree on a price for a JetSki with the salesperson, the salesperson approves the deal with management as it was a presale for the next years model (only 2 months away)…all good … I come in the next day to pay in full, happy to wait for delivery … I sign contract… receive the tax invo... read more

Just purchased my first ever bike from Ian and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. Great communication and the whole process was smooth and simple. He made me feel confident and much less nervous about this big decision! Highly recommend Ian and the team.
