We bought our two jet skis from Michael last year, and the ongoing support has been phenomenal. Michael’s after-sales service and support are truly next-level. He is always willing to answer our "dumb questions" and genuinely cares about his customers long after the sale is finalised. You rarely experience this level of dedication in retail anymore. Andrew
Shout to Ben in parts! Assisted me with an issue I was having at/after closing time on a Saturday, helped brainstorm a solution, answered all of my stupid questions and helped arrange after hours pickup. Ben is a legend. Be like Ben.
I would happily bring my bike back and would definitely refer NorthStar to anyone , the bike feels wonderful, the staff were very friendly and it took a few hours to do, had my bike back around lunch. Price was really really good too. Thankyou very much Kent and the NorthStar team. I went through a lot of the reviews and my experience was nothing like the 1 star reviews, it was more like the many many 5 star reviews.
You would think a Yamaha dealer would know about Yamaha bikes bad Service and clueless technicians not sure how they still in business. Highly recommend looking elsewhere
Bought my bike of Michael on Tuesday and picked it up today and I received fantastic service from start to finished. And I bought extra gear like helmets jacket and boats. It was just good old fashioned service. So thank you to the whole team. Great job. If you are after a bike this is the place. Thank you so much.
