Had a fantastic experience buying my very first sport bike at Northstar. Simon was amazing and so helpful. The whole buying process was very easy. Also, they had a few demo events that were so fun. So happy to be part of the Northstar family.
Was my primary Motorcycle service company however after each of my three services (Two major services over $1000 each) they were unable to figure out issues I was having with gear changes. On each occasion they advised couldn’t find anything despite my bike clearly having an issue. Took my bike to another Yamaha dealer for a new sprocket and unsolicited they brought to my attention I needed a new clutch cable (hence the cause of my gear changing issues). You agree on a price for a JetSki with the salesperson, the salesperson approves the deal with management as it was a presale for the next years model (only 2 months away)…all good … I come in the next day to pay in full, happy to wait for delivery … I sign contract… receive the tax invoice ….
