We were seen both by the triage nurse and ER doctor very quickly. Both were wonderful -- very kind and warm towards MaryBeth and to us. They did a thorough exam which confirmed that whatever trauma Mary Beth had experienced to her foot was temporary. Mary Beth was already doing fine when we arrive at Northstar that evening. The doctor conferred on the phone with an avian expert and presented us with a number of steps we might take if MaryBeth showed any conerning signs in the future. Well done by all!
They were very caring and compassionate at a very difficult time with a horrible diagnosis of my dog. I was seen immediately and for an emergency visit they were quite reasonable. Dr. McNally was willing to take all the time I needed for questions. I felt like the whole staff cared
Updated We've been to Northstar several times for different pets. They are expensive and we have never left there under $500. Our last experience with our cat was memorable, but in the Worst way. Poor Larry had a urinary blockage 2 times within 2 weeks. Had it happened during day hours, we would've used our local veterinarian and I'm convinced Larry would be alive and well today. Excellent staff hands down. It was my first time taking my dog there and the staff was phenomenal.
Yuri was very patient with our anxious pup! He came in with a duclaw injury and was bleeding and they took great care of him. The staff working the front desk were very kind and helpful over the phone. Thank you!
