For an “emergency vet” they make you wait hours to be seen. My dog was having an allergic reaction to vaccines in the evening after our vet closed. We called and were told to bring her in and she would get a reversal injection. They did not mentioned there was a very long wait or only one vet. They had us wait in the lobby for hours with no updates on wait or getting rechecked after initial triage to see if she got worse and people were piling up to be seen at 3am we just gave up and left so my husband could take her elsewhe... read more
Dr. Sanchez, Rachel, and the Oncology Team have been absolutely amazing. They were extremely upfront about estimates for my dog’s treatment plan and Bilbo always comes home happier than when he arrived because he got to see his “NorthStar friends”.
Dr. Anderson is NorthStar vets!!!! She is very kind, knowledgeable and treats our fur family with the best care. We love her!!! And thank you to the attendees and nurses too!
