I’ve been to North Star many times with my dogs for emergency services. The doctors and staff are wonderful and kind. However, today I did have a bad exterior with an individual that left me very upset. My dog is paranoid with vets and we had been waiting for over an hour. I didn’t know what was wrong with my dog except that she was in pain. I was sitting on the left, alone, in the front. My vet told us go to Northstar right away for my dogs eye the pressure was needed to be checked he could lose his sight waited 4 hrs people that came after me were taken care of Dr's even sat and talked to them sent them home because it wasn't an emergency right in front of me and no dr came over to us at all we left waited and went to my vet the next day.
Took our cat Quincy as he had not pooped in two days. He is fine now, he awakened us this morning with the fine fragrance of cat poop!!!! Dr Sun was amazing, kind, considerate and informative. Every person was amazing to us from calling to say we were coming in to the girls at the desk and each and everyone we spoke with was kind. Not our first rodeo here with multiple kitties, always amazing!!! We trust NorthStar completely. .sleeping a lot today. Many Thanks from Quincy and the Schierbaum family🥰
We are deeply grateful for the care that our dog received at NorthStar VETS in Robbinsville. We found every member of the team; front desk, techs, resident, internist, surgeon, to be kind, helpful, and professional. We can’t say enough about the clinical excellence and genuine warmth of Dr Anderson and Dr Zuendt. Our dog is happy and thriving. Well, he’s actually taking a nap in this photo but you get the general idea!
