The staff was awesome. The problem is always how long you have to wait. It’s tough when your dog is in pain.
If I could give less than 1 star I would! This place only cares about your money not your fur baby! Unfortunately my boy gained his angel wings after 3 days there and it’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t get a copy of his medical records. They don’t return phone calls. My boy has no value to them now because he’s gone.I would never recommend this place. They do not care for your fur babies only the money. I even left a message to talk to a Dr because what happened to my baby was so sudden and I needed to understand, but still... read more
These wonderful people gave me another six months with my beautiful fur baby golden doodle Harley. They helped him be as comfortable as possible with his lymphoma and I think them every day for making his last days more comfortable.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to North Star for saving my beloved puppy, Sky. After a terrifying fall, he developed pulmonary edema and a slight pneumothorax, and we were absolutely devastated. I am so glad I knew about them and their level of care, and that it was the first place I thought to bring him for his best chance at survival.
