Extremely disappointed with our experience at NorthStar VETS. I originally called the emergency line because our dog, Kobe, was experiencing shortness of breath and uncontrollable urination after recently starting medications. I explained everything to Megan, who responded very rudely, “Well, I don’t know, I can’t give you medical advice.” I asked if we should bring him in and she simply said, “Sure.” Naturally, we were scared and immediately brought him in.
