Incredibly compassionate and communicative staff kept my little guy happy throughout his exam
***UPDATE: I was emailed two days later…*** ZERO STARS. I usually have good experiences here but today was deplorable. My parrot was in yesterday for a full work up, including radiographs, blood work, etc. which cost me well beyond $1000. We recently had to put our Labrador down as his 13+ year old body had run out of steam. It was not any easy decision but with the kindness and care provided by Sarah T and the veterinary doctor, we made the best decision for him. Thank you NorthStar for making a difficult time better.
Excellent medical care, complete professionalism, compassionate staff, great communication and terrific follow-up.
Outcome sad. Experience great. I had to take my Lab on an emergency basis when his HSA returned. I ended up having to put him down, which is a horrible decision to make. But the staff and Dr. Coonelly worked professionally, efficiently, and effectively to make our experience the best it could be under the circumstances. They explained each step of the way and gave me ample opportunities to ask questions. Thank you, NorthStar Vets, for your compassion and caring for both my beloved dog and me.
