Dr Davies and his team were absolutely fantastic. We were always greeted with a smile, my dog was treated with kindness and care, and Dr Davies communicated clearly about costs and what to expect with the procedure, helping me feel confident and assured. They made an already stressful experience (injury, surgery, and recovery) just a little bit easiser and I'm so grateful for that. I highly recommend this team .
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION. Im a broke 19 y/o college girl who went here alone to get a mass removal surgery for my emotional support dog. I was referred here and told it would likely be around $2000. I go to this place and they act all friendly, then they come in and tell me its actually going to be $5000! Over double!! I look at the receipt and it says anesthesia would be 1125$ okay is it liquid gold?? And that a SMALL BANDAGE would be $80! I was referred to Northstar for my dog’s bladder stone removal surgery. Dr. Davies was communicative, compassionate and professional. I was very nervous about the procedure but he made me feel confident that my dog was in the best hands. The surgery went great and my dog had a quick and seamless recovery. I would recommend them to anyone!
I've spent quite a bit of time in the Southern Oregon area trying to find trustworthy and knowledgeable veterinarians insurgents to take care of man's best friend. The team at Northstar veterinary surgery or top notch. The pricing is very reasonable and they want to do what's best for your pet, not the cash register.
