Had a fantastic experience start to finish at NorthStar. From the van driver, to the helicopter pilot, to the guides on the trek- all friendly, professional & knowledgeable. The helicopter ride was smooth and so scenic. The guided trek was fun, always felt safe and got to adventure a bit. Overall, loved!!
Truly amazing experience!!! Helicopter flight over and around Mendenhall Galcier, once you land on the glacier we were given a guided tour and thorough explanation of the glacier terrain, formation, structure and more. I could not have asked for a better excursion.
Absolutely fantastic. This was our favorite excursion in Alaska. Our pilot, Oceana, was excellent and our glacier walk guide, Robert, was too. Next time we'll upgrade to the longer excursion. It was amazing.
Stunning. Our pilot, Trey, was amazing, and our guides were fantastic! Very professional from start to finish, and they provide you with all the equipment you need. It was an incredible experience to explore Mendenhall Glacier. This is a top-notch adventure, and we highly recommend it to everyone!
What an amazing experience!! Worth every penny!! Our guide Aristotle was awesome. He took us into some beautiful crevasses and took pictures for us. He made sure we had the best experiences within our skill set. He showed us how to use the crampons in the ice and spotted us on the steeper climbers to make sure we were safe. Very professional.
