We appreciated the opportunity to work with Northstar Systembuilt on a remote, high-altitude housing project within Rocky Mountain National Park (ROMO). As an active design-build partner, Northstar helped develop and deliver a modular solution that met the National Park Service’s aesthetic expectations while performing in demanding alpine conditions. Their team was responsive, solutions-oriented, and a strong collaborator throughout. We would welcome the opportunity to work together again.

Update.....Mar 19, 2026. Let's say you drove a test car at the dealership and was told that there was an exact model that would be delivered to you. You were required to pay 100% upfront. When the car came to your house, it was missing the wheels, tires and steering wheel. You contacted the dealer and they offered you enough money to buy one tire. Update.. Jan 02, 2026. Still no resolution to our issues. We’ve been trying to hold out faith that these folks will do the right thing. Here soon I will post pictures and video of the house they delivered to us. …………………….. I get that things can go bad… It is how the company responds that I believe is the test of the integrity of the company. Right now we are still in the phase that things have gone wrong. We are still waiting to see how Northstar is going to make it right. I will update my review with glowing recommendations... read more
