Update.. Jan 02, 2026. Still no resolution to our issues. We’ve been trying to hold out faith that these folks will do the right thing. Here soon I will post pictures and video of the house they delivered to us. …………………….. I get that things can go bad… It is how the company responds that I believe is the test of the integrity of the company. Right now we are still in the phase that things have gone wrong. Starting in January, 2025 I began working with Kopper Creek, LLC to design a Northstar modular home. The process could not have been better. This is the 3rd home construction I’ve been involved in, but the first I’ve managed myself as single woman. A 5 star review is not enough. I have been in the construction industry for more than 20 years and I have had relationships with many manufacturing partners but none have ever leveled up to what Northstar Systembuilt provides.They truly have it figured out, they know how to perform, they know how to support their dealers, fulfill client expectations, and deliver!
