Great people to work with and a great product. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience of working with Northstar. Lawrence and his team went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future.
We bought a Northstar home roughly 3 years ago. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to buy these homes. Constant issue's if there small they will fix, if there bigger or involve any thinking watch out. Northstar talks a good game just to get you to buy their product, once the check is cashed your on your own with bigger issues. I was even told by them when I pointed out a wall the was curved " you just have to live with it".
We love our Northstar built cabin! Despite being multiple states away in Idaho, Northstar's support with warranty and other needs have been better than the support we got on our home built from a local builder. Our experience with our local Northstar rep was not great. But the support direct from Northstar has been awesome!
