Update.. Jan 02, 2026. Still no resolution to our issues. We’ve been trying to hold out faith that these folks will do the right thing. Here soon I will post pictures and video of the house they delivered to us. …………………….. I get that things can go bad… It is how the company responds that I believe is the test of the integrity of the company. Right now we are still in the phase that things have gone wrong. Starting in January, 2025 I began working with Kopper Creek, LLC to design a Northstar modular home. The process could not have been better. This is the 3rd home construction I’ve been involved in, but the first I’ve managed myself as single woman.
