Amazing staff and the owner is very kind and down to earth, he really will help you out when you don't have a lot of money and helps to find more affordable parts. Definitely recommend this shop to other people!
Fantastic little shop. Can’t recommend them enough. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating when it comes to helping customers understand what’s happening with their cars. I’ve been to plenty of shops that are arrogant and act as if they’re holding your car for ransom rather than trying to help you. Not these guys. Great experience. Mechanic Craig was open and upfront about the costs and what repairs were absolutely necessary now and what I could wait on without risk.
Craig did an excellent job assisting me with my vehicle needs. My engine is burning oil and going bad and he found out that it is under warranty and did not charge me for the diagnostic and didn’t try to sell me anything. He filled the engine oil up at no charge and printed out the recall and service campaigns for me and sent me to the dealership so they can replace the engine. The whole team is great, definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
This is one of the best auto shops in rancho cordova, the staff is very polite and the service is excellent...!!!
