This company needs to have their medication packaged in something that is much easier to get into!! I have severe arthritis in my hands. Opening your packet for one pill takes way too long! My hands hurt so much after I open one of your packets I need to take something for the pain.

Having RA, it's becoming extremely difficult to open the packaging that my Ondansetron. The cut marks are hard to navigate & since the rep couldn't answer my simple question, I'll ask my doctor for a prescription that doesn't make me work so hard. They RRALLY NEED TO consider elderly patients with this packaging.

I have received a Rx manufactured by this company. I contacted them due to running out of the product before it is eligible for refill. When I received the same medication from a different supplier I never ran out. When I called to let them know of the problem, their solution after a week's time of phone calls and emails was for me to send them my Rx that I need to take every day twice daily, without them sending me a replacement. I'm reporting them to the FDA.

Packing needs new design blister pack is hard to open sometimes take 5 minutes to get the pill out usually have to cut open why can't you put the pills in bottles so it's easier to get them
