Sugar Creek is a joke they let people steal your belongings and don't do shit about it they lie and say they watched cameras and there isn't a single one on the property
This facility refuses to respond to their clients when in need as well as the clients family and friends reaching out. In emergency situations they have ignored their clients and put their needs and welfare in direct harm. They way over prescribed meds then didn’t provide them when needed. I've gone to inpatient in Shakopee and outpatient with lodging in Chaska. Both locations the staff is great. Counselors, techs, peer recovery specialists, medical staff, even kitchen staff. All of them truly care about our recovery, and will do everything they can for you. Northstar also has sober housing if you need it after treatment.
