This facility refuses to respond to their clients when in need as well as the clients family and friends reaching out. In emergency situations they have ignored their clients and put their needs and welfare in direct harm. They way over prescribed meds then didn’t provide them when needed. I've gone to inpatient in Shakopee and outpatient with lodging in Chaska. Both locations the staff is great. Counselors, techs, peer recovery specialists, medical staff, even kitchen staff. All of them truly care about our recovery, and will do everything they can for you. Northstar also has sober housing if you need it after treatment.
The felicity says they feed you 3 meals a day. They will skip 4 a month. The employees are great. They do there job vary well. The head honcho aka CEO, Dose not know what he's doing.
Tanya is the worst employee / counselor ever. Sends my girlfriend to a halfway house where with out me she will have zero chance of staying sober. Way to go NorthStar! Nice lies you tell also just to not cause concern. Lies lies lies! NorthStar Regionals ONLY area of expertise is in lying to their patients and patients loved ones.
