Poor experience buying ATV tires. Went into Northstar Recreation to buy oils and filters to service my bike. While there I inquired about tire pricing for my bike. I was quoted a fair price for 2 tires with free mounting. I thought this was reasoneable so I ordered and paid for the tires as was told tires should be a couple days. I waited a week and called and was informed then that the tires were in. I asked about the free mounting and was informed it would be at least 5 days to have them mounted, if I wanted to make an app... read more
It was our first time in the store and George was so helpful and patient. He even helped bring my purchase out to the car. We will be back for all of our Kawasaki needs. Bonus stars to the pups who were so sweet. Please tell them they are good boys/girls.
