Purchased the car from Melbourne and dealt with Bobby over the phone via what’s app.. he could not be more helpful, until the deal was done and the car was paid for.. then the service stopped.. worst experience of my life..I paid $600 for the car to be delivered from Mildura to the freight company’s depot in metro Melbourne, and was told before I purchased the vehicle I would get it in a week, I was assured by Bobby the delivery had been booked in for pick up, But could not confirm the day, after numerous phone calls and lie... read more

Very disappointed with the dealership. When purchasing the vehicle told they were getting the second key in the post. After months of follow-up calls, told that their hands are tied and can't do anything. Don't expect aftersale service as there is none.

We had the great displeasure of buying a brand new Nissan patrol apart from some minor defects with the paint witch was sorted out very quickly the finance on the other hand was something that left me and my Wife scratching our heads with confusion and frustration after we finally picked up our new car and gave them the keys to our trade in trusting that they would pay out the amount owing on the car before selling it 2 weeks later we had a payment come out of our account to the trade in finance company to discover that they... read more
