I had the pleasure to deal with Bobby and his team, when I purchased a second hand car from their dealership. Not knowing where their dealership was when I contacted them through Carsales. While I can honestly say the communication with Tracy was amazing, it is unfortunate my positive experience stopped there. My initial issue was that my car had gone into limp mode and showing an engine warning light. I am realistic that the cause could have been something major or something as little as fuel quality. Excellent service throughout the entire process. We purchased our son’s first car from Melbourne, and Bobby demonstrated outstanding communication, honesty, and professionalism from start to finish. We travelled to collect the vehicle, and Bobby was helpful at every stage. He also kindly arranged secure garaging of the car while we were on holiday for a week, which was greatly appreciated.
