Had some initial issues getting prescriptions taken care of. The issues were overcome and they worked to get everything correct annd explain everything to me.
I am trying to get a prescription filled there since my daughter is going to college in the DFW area. Her old pharmacy told me to transfer to Northstar because they were closer. Got a notification that they received it and that it was ready on NimbleRX. So I got online ordered the prescription only to get a text from Northstar that they were canceling the prescription and to call them. Not very helpful. I had to contact my Dr. and request another prescription for my insulin. I got tired of all the runaround, so I went to Walgreens and immediately received my insulin after repeatedly telling North Star I am Type 1 diabetic and was about to use my last insulin pen for my daily insulin. They acted like they could care less. My husband drove from Weatherford to Ft Worth twice trying to pick up my insulin that I never got from them.
