These guys just gave me a $4k trade offer on a 1-year-old bike when three other dealers are offering $7k and $7,500. Writing the review because that is a very disrespectful offer. I don't ever plan on trying to do business with them again.
I’ve bought a few bikes here and have nothing but good things to say. Great place to shop and they carry a ton of parts in stock. Highly recommend!
Had them do a couple recalls on my sled. It took more than 2 months when they said it would take 3 days. Then when I went to pick it up, there were bolts loose, fasteners missing, broken parts in the engine bay, and a part completely missing that I had just replaced. Not impressed at all.
Bought a Husqvarna from Northstar. Reluctantly drove from Salt Lake to Logan to buy a bike but when I drove up there to pick up the bike everything went better than expected. Everything was ready ahead of time. No last minute hick-ups. Nick was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all my annoying questions. I would definitely go through this shop again as they were patient and were true to their word.
I feel cheated. They gave me a quote and estimated my service at $140 no more than $160 after I gave them all the information about it. They replaced an unrelated part on my bike that they said was a $10 part. It was a $75 part I didn't ask for and they took an extra 2 weeks with the total being about $350. Over twice what they quoted me for no good reason
