Bought a used bike in August paid cash. Didn’t get my stickers until October 14th current still waiting on the title. Somebody dropped the ball on getting my paper work in.
Just purchased my 2nd motorcycle from Ultimate. These guys are so easy to work with, low pressure, no nonsense. I literally did the whole transaction over text and the phone, then 30 mins at the dealership. Ask for Tagg. Super knowledgeable and on top of it! Will definitely buy a 3rd some day!
Just stoped by before a ride to have an axel tightened. Mechanic dropped everything he was doing to help out! Small but little things that matter for customer service. Definitely who I’m coming to for my next repair needs
Needed my chain shortened and they took care of me and didn’t even charge me. I’ll definitely be back to get my wheel balanced by these guys. Would give 6 stars if I could
