My time with NorthStar was short lived, however, in my over 30 years working in the funeral industry, this is the best run organization I've been a part of. They seem to have a sincere interest in employee development and really do focus on providing excellent service to their client families. I have nothing but positive things to say about NorthStar.

I’ve been working for this company for approximately four months and had nothing but support and the ability to have a voice. That is a very rare combination in any large company. Super happy to have made the move. I have been made to feel very welcome. There is no such thing as a perfect day every day, but the collective team at North Star do their very best for both the employees and the families we serve. I have felt that everyone cares and strives continuously to beat their personal best.
