Very Professional and Caring Place. .."Hope" is a BIG help when it comes to insurances. But ,They do need a patient portal for their patients.
Clinic was clean and Medical staff was professional. Front office/receptionist staff are very rude. Wife called to ask a question and received a smart ass reply. They will nickel and dime you for copays even on rechecks when insurance covers it. Avoid at all cost. Will never go back.
My 78 year old mother went to this clinic on Thursday with a horrible sore throat and felt terrible. She was ONLY tested for strep! No flu or Covid… After the strep test, she was told it would take three business days to get the results and she would need to make an appt to get the results. The next available appointment wasn’t until a week later on Thursday… A WEEK LATER WITH POSSIBLE STREP @ 78 years old! She went home and felt horrible all weekend!
